To offer Christian counseling and teaching to children.
To initiate, encourage, promote and develop cooperation and all matters concerning the rights and welfare of children.
To provide care and shelter to the children with a compelling need for such where possible.
To proactively advocate for the rights of children.
To foster and promote the provision of public funded facilities for the care of children in need.
To address societal and family problems which force children on to the streets.
To endeavor to change social attitudes towards children in need.
